Staff Handbook
If you employ people you must ensure that they all know your expectations and clearly understand the rules of conduct. Even if you only have a few employees now, things can change and your business can grow. Instead of inventing your personnel policies each time an issue arises, you should develop a set of guidelines in the form of an employee handbook.
